Cancellation:
The guest must cancel 7 days in advance or pay 100% of the price for the first night.

Prepayment:
For walk in customer, no prepayment. Need to pay bed rate and deposit when check in.
For booking customer, need to pay bed rate first. Deposit need to be given when check in.

Children below 2 years old cannot be accommodated in the homestay.

Extra bed will be charged RM25/bed
